Privacy policy

Short version: your files never leave your device, and we do not track you with cookies.

Your files

All conversions run in your web browser. Files you choose or drop on a FileReshape page are read and converted on your own device and are never uploaded to FileReshape or anyone else. When you close or reload the page, the files and results are gone from the page's memory.

What is loaded when you use a page

• Hosting: the website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Conversion engines: some tools download open-source software (for example GDAL) from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Only the software is downloaded; your files are not sent. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.
• Map previews: map tools load background map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which receives the map area being displayed but not your file.

Statistics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not store personal data on your device and does not track you across websites.

Advertising

FileReshape does not show advertising at the moment. If ads are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
