Spreadsheet converters
Move a table between Excel, CSV and JSON without opening a spreadsheet program or pasting data into a website. The converters read the file in your browser, show the first rows so you can check the columns, and write a clean file for the program you need next. Customer lists, price lists and exports from accounting or shop systems stay on your computer.

- A program or a script needs JSON, but your data is in a CSV
- CSV to JSON writes one object per row, with real numbers and true/false values, or everything as text if you prefer. Convert CSV to JSON
Leading zeros and long numbers
Postcodes such as 0150, product codes such as 007 and numbers with more than 15 digits, such as card or account numbers, are kept as text. Excel would otherwise drop the zeros or round the last digits, and that cannot be undone later.
Separators and decimal commas
Excel writes CSV files with commas or semicolons depending on the language settings of the computer. The converters detect the separator and the decimal comma when they read a CSV, and let you choose the style when they write one.
